4/20 Special - Review: Ric Flair Drip
By Gas & Middies
I’m Ric Flair! The Stylin’, profilin’, limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin’ n’ dealin’ son of a gun!
Happy 4/20!
To celebrate the holiday, this is a special triple review featuring none other, than the Nature Boy himself: Ric Flair.
Ric Flair is an iconic professional wrestler known for his lucious blonde hair, flamboyant sense of fashion, catchy adlibs, and screaming “Woooooo!” (which he got from “Great Balls of Fire” by Jerry Lee Lewis).
He had a recent resurgence in popularity when the rapper Offset made a song & music video titled Ric Flair Drip, utilizing his most famous catchphrase (noise?):
🎵 Ric Flair drip, go “woo” on a bitch! 🎵
His latest venture has entered the Michigan cannabis scene with his brand: Ric Flair Drip.
Who Grew It?
We all know Ric Flair isn’t growing this stuff, which questions, who is?
The license on the packages are for: Pinebrook Warren, LLC (AU-G-C-000546).
After some digging, it turns out this is Mitten Extracts’ wholesale brand Mitten Distro:
With the success of Mitten Extracts, Mitten Distro has expanded its product portfolio to offer both Wonderbrett and Ric Flair Drip to its valued retailers.
Mitten Distro is one of the largest cannabis wholesalers in the state of Michigan with a 70,000-square-foot commercial grow facility and two processing facilities. Mitten Distro is the Michigan home of Mitten Extracts, Wonderbrett and Ric Flair Drip, producing more than 80 product skus to more than 280 retailers across the state. - PR Newswire
Reviews
On to the good part!
For these reviews, I was able to grab three different flower products from the Ric Flair Drip line:
- Rollex OG (Indica)
- Trainwreck (Sativa)
- Faceoff OG (Hybrid)
There is one strain for each category: indica, sativa, hybrid.
Each bag has a retro picture of Flair inspired by 80’s action figures.
Let’s get into the details:
01 Rollex OG (Indica)

Not too shabby:
- Big nug with some density and glistening trichomes.
- Breaks down wonder fully.
👃 Smell
- Classic OG smell with a slight sweetness.
- Earthy with a hint of pepper.
👅 Taste
- Burnt taste that is harsh.
- Leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth.
Rating
This one looked pretty good, had a decent smell, and tasted like death.
In my eyes, there is no recovering from that so:
Middies 🥱

Better than the Indica but not good.
Maybe the bad aftertaste left a bad taste in my mouth….

Middies 🥱
Outro
These turned out to be all hype:
All three told the same story:
- Decent to good looking buds.
- Okay smell.
- Terrible taste.
If you put a gun to my head, and forced me to pick a favorite, it would be: 02 Trainwreck (Sativa).
However, I wouldn’t recommend any of these to anyone reading this.
I’m going to go fire up some gas since I’ve been smoking middies all day to write this 😂.
What do you guys think? Wooo or whoops?
Stay 😶🌫️
