Zalympix is a competetion put on by Greenwolf. Competetions are held yearly, currently in: California, New York, & Michigan. This is the 2nd year the event has been held in Michigan.

Is it worth it?

At the end of the day, this is going to be a personal question. However, I have compiled a list of everything included in the box with the approximate value:

• 20x 2g flower samples ($400 or $10/g)
• Eastside Alchemy - .5g Rosin Disposable ($60)
• GT Rolling x Exotic Matter - 2g Doink ($25)
• Humblebee - Live Resin Cart ($25)
• Pot Dots - 100mg ($15)
• 2x tickets to awards show (priceless 😂)
• Swag bag from the 20x competitors (?)

Going off of this, the flower samples would be $35/8th at this price. Not cheap, but not super expensive. The brands range from budget to high-end in terms of quality so the price seems about in the middle, which seems right.

Adding in all the freebies, we get an approximate (I tried to round down) added value of $125. The clear benefit here is being able to try some free product from some premier brands in Michigan in a form outside of flower.

In terms of the award show tickets and swag bag, this is more for the experience rather than anything financial. You either get a kick out of voting and going to the ceremony or you don’t.

The last factor, is the participation. You get to vote and experience some hand selected flower, grown specifically for this event. In theory, you’ll get some quality grows that should be fresher than your average prepack.

To end, if you add together the samples and the freebies, we end up at around $525 in product.

You also get 2x tickets to an event and some potential swag at said event.

The experience is the icing on the cake.
