Today we are reviewing another celebrity brand: Garcia Hand Picked.

I got to test out one of their most famous strains: Florida Kush.

Garcia Hand Picked is a brand created by Theresa (Trixie) Adams Garcia, grandaughter of Jerry Garcia of the Hippie era rock band: The Grateful Dead.

Jerry Garcia was the principal songwriter, lead guitarist, and a vocalist in the Grateful Dead.

The Grateful dead is a famous counterculture rock band during the 60s & 70s. They are known for being one of the original ‘jam bands’ with a cult like following of fans, dubbed: Deadheads.

The band & their fans were known to partake in the ‘devil’s lettuce’ and are closely associated with cannabis culture.

• Nice bud structure.
• Lots of trichomes.
• Breaks down into angel feathers.

• Sweet citrus.
• With a piney earthiness, almost like a cologne.

👅 Taste

• Spicy citrus on inhale.
• Earthy citrus gas on exhale.
• Unique & pleasant aftertaste.

Rating

This stuff almost made me a Deadhead! 💀

I like delicious terps & unique flavor profiles and this checks both of those boxes.

Broke down perfectly, smelling like citrus goodness & piney cologne.

With celebrity brands, I tend to keep my expectations low. More times than not, I’ve been let down.

I’d recommend everyone give this a try, especially in deli style form.
