Review (x2): Juiced - Coconut Pudding & Yum Yum - Bubblegum Marshmellow (Have Spray Terps Hit Michigan?)
By Gas & Middies
Today we have a double review featuring two new brands in the Michigan Scene: Juiced & Yum Yum.
Reviewing Juiced - Coconut Pudding & Yum Yum - Bubblegum Marshmellow.
Purchased at Quality Roots - Berkley for:
- $32 (Yum Yum - Bubblegum Marshmellow)
- $28 (Juiced - Coconut Pudding).
Greenstone Metro
I hadn’t heard of the Juiced or Yum Yum brands, but they appear to be owned by the same company, Greenstone Metro.
Little could be found about them besides this website.
From that, we can see they are based in Warren, Michigan.
And own both brands being reviewed today, plus another: Indulge Life.
Juiced
Not much could be found online about the Juiced brand.
They do have an Instagram which has a single post.
The mylars are shaped like a box of juice.
Strains include:
- Carmamel Tres Leches
- Coconut Pudding
- Cottoncandy Marshmellow
- Watermelon Plum
Yum Yum
Once again, not much could be found online about the Yum Yum brand.
The mylars have cute Japanese characteres on them, with lots of Japanese writing.
Strains include:
- Bubblegum Marshmellow
- Fruity Loops
- Mixed Melon
- Nutella Croissant
- Strawberry Milkshake
- Tropical Snocone

This is where things get interesting.
On the back of each of these packs is a QR code you can scan for more information.
Both link back to this: Top 5 Instagram profile.
Their Instagram page links to a website which is down…
I have no idea what their involvement is besides this QR code.

Everything about this flower was suspect:
- Machine trimmed nugs with all trichomes chopped off.
- Nugs covered in a dust, which didn’t appear to be kief.
- Pungent artificial smell that reaks the moment you open the bag.
The taste was as the terrible smell suggested, but quickly faded away to an even worse aftertaste.
This was so bad, it was indeed below middies and straight:
Boof 💩

This had all of the same problems as the other flower.
Literally, the only difference was that this had a DIFFERENT artificial terp smell.
Throw this straight in the trash, because it’s:
Boof 💩
Spray Terps
Spraying flower with botanical/fake terpenes has been a thing happening in the East Coast for awhile.
The spray adds fragrence to the flower that otherwise wouldn’t be there.
While apparently this is legal and can pass testing, there is debate whether smoking terp sprayed products is harmful to your health.
There is a great article written by High Times called The Fake Era: Sprayed Terps
So I asked to see the bag. I opened it, saw a couple nugs left in the stickered mylar and took a deep inhale of the nose. It immediately hit me. I HAD JUST SMOKED THE SPRAY PACK. I was left hoping this wouldn’t get me sick like the vape gate era of fake cartridges, as the same fake terps used in that trash was infused into this flower.
There are multiple companies that provide terepene sprays. One of the most famous is Cali Terpenes:
Cali Terpenes is the first company in the world to begin offering cannabis terpenes (cannabis aromas) in spray format with a micro-spraying function, for an easy use with all types of products.
The revolutionary Terps Spray® is ideal for adding characteristic cannabis aromas from strains such as Amnesia or Jamaican Dream to all types of edibles, flowers, dry herbs, herbal extracts etc. - Cali Terpenes
From the taste of this flower, I would suspect both of these products have had spray terps added or were infused.
They honestly taste like Jeeter infused prerolls.
Outro
It looks like spray terps HAVE hit Michigan.
I’d recommend everyone reading here to stay away from any product from:
- Greenstone Metro
- Juiced
- Yum Yum

If you see these on dispensary shelves. Leave them there!
