Today we are reviewing a twist on a classic: Blue Runtz by Grown Rogue.

Purchased at King of Budz for $22.

Grown Rogue is a company that got it’s start in the Rogue Valley (hence the name) of Southern Oregon.

They have since expanded to the Great Lakes state of Michigan.

They are known for having lower cost product that doesn’t sacrifice quality.

Their flower is avaiable as pre-packed mylars, nitro-sealed jars, as well as deli style.

👁️ Look

• Glistening blue nugs.
• Lots of squish.
• Great breakdown.

👃 Smell

• Blue raspberry with some sweetness.

👅 Taste

• Gassy, sweet inhale.
• Candied blue raspberry on exhale.
• Flavor fades a bit towards the end.

Rating

I don’t know if I’ve had blue raspberry terps before, but I’m here for it!

Beautiful big blue buds, unique terps, and at a decent price. Not much more you can ask for.

You can say that Runtz has been played out (and I might agree with you), however this brings something new to the table.

For the ticket, this one is hard to beat.

Most flower of this quality would go for $30+ an eighth.

I’ve seen this strain deli style as well, which I might have to check out!
