Today we are reviewing an infused pre-roll collaboration between Ice Kream Hash Co. & Ghostbudsters Farm.

They came together to create Neapolitan.

Inspired by the ice cream flavor, this pre-roll contains 3 different flower strains from Ghostbudsters Farm as well as 3 rosin infusions from Ice Kream Hash Co., creating 3 stripes of 6 different flavors!

Coming in at 2.5 grams.

Purchased at King of Budz for $50.

Ice Kream Hash Co. is newer to the scene, but have been making noise!

Known for their affordable concentrates, they have flower, rosin, & hash products.

We’ve reviewed their Mystery Cut #2 previously.

This isn’t their first time into the infused space, but might be their most creative.

We’ve all had the ice cream and that’s where the idea for this infused pre-roll comes from:

Recently in Detroit, the Top Shelf Showdown was held, where Neapolitan received 1st place in the Infused Pre Roll category.

Review

👁️ Look

• Can clearly see the 3 different stripes of flower/rosin.
• Decent roll.

👃 Smell

• Good smell.
• Hard to get specific notes through the paper.

👅 Taste

• Great taste throughout.
• Hard to differentiate the different flower and rosin flavors.

Rating

The taste on this was great!

Being an experimental product, I didn’t really know what to expect.

In terms of flavors, I could clearly tell when I had entered another third of the pre-roll, as the taste changed. However, I had trouble separating the flavors and highlighting any tasting notes. I can say it tasted great throughout, but the flavors blended together and fused into something else.

I think if they used same flower & rosin strains for each section, the taste may have come through better. Like Oreoz flower and Sunshine #4 rosin have completely different taste profiles. When combined I just don’t know how much synergy they have together.

It also could have been fun to really run with the Neapolitan concept and theme the flower flavors with the dessert. For instance, do some Strawberry Gary flower and rosin for one section, some Count Chunkula for another, and maybe some Vanilla Runtz for the last.

Talking price, $50 for 2.5 grams isn’t too farfetched. I’ve seen premium infused pre-rolls in the space going for $20 a gram, and this puts that in the same price point.

It’s a fun idea that smacks you with some nostalgia all wrapped in cool corked package.

I love new and unique cannabis concepts and this one nails it!

The price point on this one is a bit steep, but I think will serve as a “special occassion” product that people might have in their stash.

I think it checks the novelty box as well, so people will be willing to give it a try at least once, due to the delivery of the concept.

I like to support cool, new concepts and I’m sure others will too.
