Review: Franklin Fields - Holy Trinity (Limited Time: 2.5g hand-packed kief-infused Cross Joint)
By Gas & Middies
Today we are reviewing something to celebrate Jesus’ Birthday (belated) from Franklin Fields.
It’s a limited time 2.5 gram, hand-packed, kief-infused, cross joint of the strain: Holy Trinity.
Purchased at King of Budz for $20.
Pineapple Express
You may have seen a cross joint before if you’ve watched the stoner classic: Pineapple Express.
In the film, stoners played by Seth Rogen & James Franco smoke the holy spirit inspired joint.
They were reportedly hand-rolled by Seth Rogen himself.
No doubt, this is where Franklin Fields got their inspiration.

As Jesus would have wanted, I smoked this on Christmas with family.
Lit all 3 ends and we were on our way!
The roll on these were great. Obviously hand rolled and nice and tight.
Holy Trinity genetics are unknown but hinted at being Headband, Sour Diesel, and OG Kush.
Which didn’t match the fruity candy smell.
The taste was straight kief. It was all I tasted from the first hit to the last.
These are kief infused pre-rolls, but the taste overpowers whatever flower was there.
The joint started to run as expected. This is a tricky joint to roll AND smoke. The canoe ended up breaking off the middle part of the cross before it was burned through.
Aside from that, this was a pretty heaven-sent experience.
This one was hard to rate as the presentation was stellar, but the taste was less than holy.
However, the value combined with the presentation tip the scale over on this one to:
Gas ⛽

I’m a sucker for a cool concept!
Since seeing this in Pineapple Express, I knew I’d probably never roll one of these…
However, I’d drop $20 to smoke this on a special ocassion with some loved ones.
Like the Neapolitan infused pre-roll, I feel like this will server as a novelty buy for most consumers.
Anyone else partake on the cross joint?
What do you guys think?
Stay 😶🌫️
